Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry
- Proficiency in data entry tasks, administrative work, and clerical duties
- Availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for onsite work
- Receive various documents in both electronic and hard copy format for processing
- Sort, image, and archive documents based on form type
- Identify and classify documents according to contract requirements
- Identify document purposes and create a structured database of information
- Classify documents based on specific contract guidelines
- Capture and verify data in compliance with client specifications
- Verify data accuracy using automated data extraction tools
- Ensure timely and accurate transmission of processed data to the appropriate recipients
