Regions Hospital in St. Paul is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting a variety of benefit programs including Health and Welfare programs, Leaves of Absences, COBRA and education assistance. In addition, this role is responsible for administration of the retirement/pension programs, MyTime support, facilitating new employee orientation, data entry and proposing changes, implementing and maintaining cost effective and legally compliant benefit programs. The role requires a high level of employee interaction, answering a wide variety of questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours. Hybrid Position, 3 days a week in the office in St. Paul, MN. Flexible on days. 

Required Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field. Experience may substitute for education.

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of benefits experience.
