Our practice serves Minneapolis, Saint Paul, St. Cloud, Wayzata the great state of Minnesota, as well as North Dakota and surrounding states and specializes in plastic surgery procedures such as facelift, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and gender confirmation. 

This position involves working in the OR assisting with surgery. The Surgical Technologist will work closely with the Clinical Director in providing safe, timely, effective, efficient and equitable care to the patients served. This job will involve working as a Surgical Technologist along with the sterilization and cleaning of surgical instruments.

Nature and Scope:

This individual will work closely with the OR team including the Surgeons, Anesthesiologist, CRNA, OR Circulator and Surgical Technologist. The individual will be engaged and fully understand the Mission, Values, and Strategy of QualDerm Partners and Omni Cosmetic. This position requires the individual to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Status: PRN

Position Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program preferred.
• Prior Experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BCLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BCLS certification.
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to Detail and following Policies set forth by the Department.
• Critical Thinking Skills along with good communication skills.
