R.F. Jordan & Sons Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Ellsworth, ME. We have a wide variety of equipment, as well as, trained team of over 50 employees working in multiple crews across Hancock County to provide both residential and commercial heavy earthwork construction.

The Construction Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for the management of current projects as well as bidding for new projects. This position is responsible for planning and coordination of all aspects of the construction process including; construction schedule, budget, quality, safety, and relationships of a construction project in partnership with the Foreman. The Construction Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for managing subcontractors, client expectations, dispute resolution, estimating/pricing, material procurement, and schedule production.

Job Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Field construction experience in construction methods, safety, and scheduling.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Hazwoper, Erosion Control Training
• Software: Bluebeam, Microsoft, InSite, HGSS Heavy Bid
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Not an entry-level job, requires demonstrable management and leadership experience
• Thoroughly understand the heavy earthwork side of the construction industry
