Duties- Deliver professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable hairstyles.
- Advise clients on appropriate hair care products and provide guidance on at-home maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and tools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience or certification in applying hair extensions and performing hair threading is a plus.
- Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell hair care products to clients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
- Knowledge of color theory with the ability to create customized hair colors for clients.
- Expertise in highlight techniques with foil or balayage to offer personalized hair color solutions.
- Flexible Schedule: Choose your own hours, with options to work an 8-hour shift, weekends, or weekdays.
- Unique Compensation Plan: Receive 50% commission on all services performed or Federal/State/City/Locality minimum wage per hour, whichever is higher, ensuring you always receive the best possible earnings.
