The ideal candidate would possess the following:
· The ability to sing out of tune, in front of and/or with a tiny crowd
· The ability to read books upside down, with a minimum of 3 interruptions per page
· Rhythm not required, but wiggling to the music is
· Ability to enjoy messy activities!
· Maintains a contagious smile
· Impersonate princesses and/or superheroes- sometimes simultaneously
· Consistently offers hugs, high fives, and hoorahs
· Curiosity
· Conversationalist who can switch from debating if Unicorns have spots to why a cloud has a shadow today.
· Willingness to learn and try new things
