Join our Paragon Team in Federal Contract Compliance
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Federal Contracts Professional to step into the role of Contract Compliance Administrator (CCA). This key compliance position is ideal for those who thrive in a compliance-oriented, deadline-driven environment and possess a natural detail-oriented mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and administering the federal contracting process across our organization.
- Collaborating with business development, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
- Ensuring all aspects of the contracting process meet federal requirements from inception to completion, including new contracts, modifications, and renewals.
What we are looking for:
Candidates MUST be familiar with:
- GSA Schedules
- Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs)
- Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs)
- Service Contract Act (SCA)
Ideal candidates are responsive, organized, actively engaged, are quick learners and are comfortable with deadlines. Excellent communication and follow through are of paramount importance in this role.
