Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Manage office operations and maintain an organized work environment

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Utilize Google Suite applications for data entry, document creation, and email communication, update website contents regularly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Support the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
