The Business Process Management Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing NISA's business processes, enhancing efficiency and driving continuous improvement. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, data and business stakeholders throughout the firm, to identify areas for enhancement, streamline workflows and ensure seamless operations.
