Job Summary:We are excited to announce the opportunity of a winemaker is now available. Situated in Ashland Oregon in the beautiful Rogue River Valley, you will oversee and lead the day-to-day activities in our state-of-the-art winery producing still and sparkling wine with a current production of 8500 cases

Oversee the winemaking process from grape selection to bottling

- Conduct quality control checks throughout production
- Collaborate with vineyard managers on grape selection and harvest timing
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Operate and maintain winemaking equipment

Experience:
- five years' experience in sparkling and still winemaking with hands on experience in cellar operations.

Capable of creating and managing a capital expendeture
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations

- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience in sanitizing, fabricating, and packaging processes

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
