iMBranded is Hiring a Graphics Project Manager Near Troy, MI
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (included, But Are Not Limited To)
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various graphics projects simultaneously demonstrating leadership, teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, innovation and excellence.
- Be flexible and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines using analytical and problem-solving to anticipate obstacles and develop solutions.
- Manage projects from conception to completion - prioritizing, multi-tasking, and meeting expectations and deadlines.
- Clearly define, lead and communicate project objectives to the graphics team.
- Deliver creative solutions to clients aligning to brand/program standards.
- Prepare estimates, detailed project plans and schedules tracking budget and costs.
- Oversee quality control and participate in quality issue resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Assist with any other duties or projects as required.
- Communicate with team members to assess upcoming, current and active projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to stay organized managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven account management experience with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion - prioritizing, multi-tasking, meeting expectations, budget and timelines.
- Strong experience presenting to all levels of management both written and verbally
- Deliver client-focused solutions with the ability to think creatively
- Provide an exceptional client experience on a day-to-day basis developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Lead and direct the work of others
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success managing projects/programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, business, marketing, hospitality
- Be able to connect and engage with a variety of personalities working well in teams
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in graphics and/ or a creative environment
- Event and/or marketing experience a plus
- Salesforce
