In this role, you will:- Partner with groups across the Home Lending organization to effectively lead the Credit and Collateral Policy Change Management process, ensuring mandatory and discretionary changes are prioritized, assessed, and implemented
- Manage the policy change prioritization process in collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure continued focus on the highest value policy changes.
- Maintain the policy change roadmap for Home Lending.
- Manage the assignment and tracking of policy intake and implementation resources and deliverables.
- Lead cross functional discovery, risk assessment and implementation assessments.
- Create business case documentation, as necessary, for submission to the Home Lending Change Management process.
- Manage implementation activities and deliverables such as communications and education to support changes.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Required Qualifications:- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years Leadership experience

The Policy Change Management Manager would be accountable for leading and overseeing the Originations Credit and Collateral Policy Change Management process for Wells Fargo Home Lending, managing a team of 5 consultants to:
- Translate investor (Agency / Government) requirements into Wells Fargo policy while balancing the needs of customers, team members and risk partners.
- Direct the policy change prioritization process in collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure continued focus on the highest value policy changes.
- Maintain the policy change roadmap for Home Lending.
- Manage the assignment and tracking of policy intake and implementation resources and deliverables.
- Lead cross functional discovery, risk assessment and implementation assessments.
- Create business case documentation, as necessary, for submission to the Home Lending Change Management process.
- Lead implementation activities and deliverables such as communications and education to support changes.
- Complete monthly KRI reporting.
Scope of the Policy Change Management process includes all Agency, Government, and Non-Conforming Originations Credit and Collateral policy changes for Wells Fargo Home Lending.
