Position: Youth Care Counselor The Youth Care Counselor is responsible for implementing and teaching targeted skills, carrying out individual service plans and counseling residents in skill and goal development. In the absence of family, parents, or supervisors, may be responsible for total care of residents. Completes reports or program materials as required. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health, health or other appropriate human services related discipline, or a high school diploma and two year’s experience involving the supervision of adolescents in the human services field.
