Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Security Specialist situated in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, 19107-3127, United States. This role is primarily involved in the technical aspects of implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices within the telecom provider industry. As the IT Security Specialist, you will be managing a wide range of access tasks, including system development, implementation, configuration, policy development, and IT administration.
Responsibilities:
Implement IAM architecture including design, development, and support for IAM solutions
Manage Identity Access Management (AM) including installation, configuration, and maintenance responsibilities
Develop and implement IAM policies and ensure adherence to these policies
Manage account management, entitlement, and certifications for IAM
Work with Role-Based Access Control and IAM Policies
Utilize skills in Authentication, EO/IR systems, GRC, AB Testing, Auditing, Business Intelligence (BI), Configuration Management, Cyber Security, Okta, QuickBase, Identity and access management, IAM, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Single Sign-On, Create Workflows, Application Design
Ensure the safety and security of the IT systems by monitoring and managing potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT security roles
Proficient in Authentication and Cyber Security protocols
Familiarity with EO/IR systems and GRC
Experience in AB Testing and Auditing
Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and Configuration Management
Proficient in Okta and QuickBase software
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory
Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) is a must
Familiarity with Single Sign-On processes
Ability to Create Workflows and engage in Application Design
Must have advanced IAM skills
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of cyber security trends and threats.
