Job Description
Job responsibilities will include:
- Ability to handle small to medium size stucco patch jobs alone.
- Ability to walk houses before closing, determine areas in stucco needing correction, and perform all final stucco repairs.
- Ability to drive to multiple job sites a day.
- Ability to travel and work from Naples to North Port Florida.
- Must be able to pick up material from local suppliers.
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in the United States
- Experience in the stucco trade
- We will provide a company work truck (Pending acceptance to Insurance and clean driving record)
- We offer (5) paid holidays after 90 days of working with company
- We offer (5) PTO days to employees after working with the company for (1) year
- We offer an optional simple IRA match through American Century up to 3% after 90 days of working with the company.
We are a stucco company that does mainly residential new construction. We are required to punch out/ patch all of our homes approximately 3 weeks after performing the stucco. We need an experienced and reliable individual to join our team and take on a portion of our punch work. You will be supplied a punch list each afternoon for the following day. We will pay an hourly wage weekly on Fridays. Wages to be determined based on experience.
