Key Responsibilities

Operational Process Performance and Optimization

• Perform defined daily operational processes to accomplish a successful day

• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to effectively discuss and strategize atypical situations• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

• Exhibit a client-centric mindset in all tasks and a passion for providing exceptional experiences

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies

• Proactively seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness

• Exhibit a passion for process iteration and the belief that there is always a better way to achieve an outcome

• Develop strong subject matter expertise and be an early adopter of change

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate actionable insights

• Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics

• Monitor trends and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure operational processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies

• Assess operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations as needed

• Identify and escalate potentially fraudulent activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field

• FINRA Series 7 and 63, or willing to sit for the exams in the first 120 days

• 2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
