Position Summary: The Process Improvement Director serves as champion for organization-wide improvement initiatives and strategies. Through robust collaboration and stakeholder engagement, this position will strengthen operation’s influence and presence in the organization, which will lead to successful outcomes. The Process Improvement Director is an organizer, facilitator, planner, problem solver, and resource manager for small to major projects. This position will lead a team of project managers responsible for managing all aspects of a project - ensuring that appropriate phases are defined, interdepartmental deliverables are coordinated, key stakeholders are involved, and recommendations are based on collective input, observations, and quality analysis. Additionally, this position will manage the Training Manager and have overall responsibility for the clinical and operational training program.
Organizational Structure/Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
