Sales associates are expected to greet our customers, provide exceptional friendly and knowledgeable service. Increase store performance through customer engagement at register and on the sales floor, while striving to meet individual goals and metrics. We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years sales floor (or related work) experience
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• Basic product knowledge preferred, but not required
• Effective time management skill to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods
• Ability to be mobile on sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry medium to large items, weighing up to 50 lbs., utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and two during the week (Monday through Friday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December)
• Must have reliable attendance and transportation
• Must be able to consistently offer our products and services to drive revenue for the company as well as individual goals (Credit Cards, Email Loyalty, adding additional items on the sale)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
