Overview:

Talent Scout for Creative Solutions

Location: Sesh House NJ

As a Talent Scout for Creative Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, and service providers. You will schedule meetings for the talent to meet with our specialists for an office tour and a follow-up tour of our creative facilities.

Responsibilities:

Talent Identification:

• Research and identify potential talent across various platforms, events, and networks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging talent.Outreach and Engagement:
• Contact potential talent through various channels (email, social media, phone, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with talent to understand their needs and aspirations.

Scheduling Meetings:

• Arrange initial meetings for talent with our specialists.
• Coordinate office tours and follow-up tours of our creative facilities.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all contacts, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Provide regular reports on scouting activities and progress.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the A&R team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new talent.
• Assist in the development of strategies to attract and retain top talent.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent scouting, recruitment, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the creative industry and an eye for emerging talent.

Compensation:

• Talent Scouts have the ability to make up to $1500 per week.
• Compensation is based on commissions of 5-10% of the revenue generated by theclients they bring in.
• The exact percentage of commission will depend on the specific agreements made with the talent scout based on performance.

Experience:

• 1 year sales, marketing, membership, recruitment (preferred, not required)
• History of involvement in creative spaces and initiatives (preferred, not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
