Stillwater Medical Center is Hiring a Home Medical Equipment Technician Near Stillwater, OK

- Full-time: 40 hours a week
- Shifts: Monday-Friday shifts as early as 8:30am and ending around 5:00pm
- Rotates on-call every 4 weeks
- High school graduate (or G.E.D.) preferred.
- Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment. Violation-free driving record.
- Prefer six-month experience in a health care environment; home care preferred.
- Minimum of six-month of hands-on mechanical experience, preferred.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, elderly patients, and family members.
- Must be able to extensively utilize telephone for communication with customers, vendors, and other departments.
- Able to stand for prolonged period.
- Clear and precise vision is required to distinguish product labels and signs.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel.
