**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Concession Manager to oversee the operations of our concessions area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, banquet service, and kitchen management. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of the concession stand including inventory control, food preparation, and cash handling. - Supervise concession staff, providing guidance and training as needed. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized concession area. - Coordinate with vendors to order supplies and maintain inventory levels. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in concession management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food service, and inventory control. - Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. - Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred. - Certification in food safety is a plus.
