MAIL DISPATCH is Hiring a Route Supervisor Near Riverside, CA
Established last mile delivery company is hiring for the key role of Route Supervisor in our Riverside, CA terminal.
The Route Supervisor position is responsible for the daily dispatching of distribution stops, checking in drivers, maintaining safety and security policies, administrative support, and assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the facility.
Accountabilities
o Supervise and provide leadership to employee drivers
o Reinforce policy and procedures as they relate to safety and security.
o Provide customer service and administrative support as needed
o Driver check-in and reconciliation
Qualifications
o 1 years of Supervisory Experience
o Computer/PC proficient
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a team member
o Dependable
Schedule:
o Tuesday - Friday, 9:30AM to 6:00PM
o Saturday, 4:00AM to 2:00PM (overtime)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
