Supported by the project management team, you will deliver projects in the sectors of commercial office workplaces, EOT, capital projects, industrial, faade, remedial, heritage, hotels, hospitality and retail.
My client has the capabilities to manage projects of varying scales and disciplines ranging from $10 million to smaller scale fit outs including D&C projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Managers from conception through to project handover
- Maintaining and building relationships with clients, contractors, and key stake holders
- Assist with methodologies, tendering, processing payments, consulting with management and site activities
- Assist in meetings and be a collaborative member of the team
- Procurement of trades and subcontractors
- Maintain relationships amongst clients and subcontractors
