Support sales and marketinginitiatives programs and goals through telephone fax direct mailand email efforts with assigned or unassignedterritories.

Responsibilities of a ProductSupport Specialist are to promote product awareness establish andmaintain relationships and educate physicians along with keycustomers on Palmettos products.

Our Product Support Specialistsare responsible for continued communication with key customersincluding physicians nurses medical assistants and pharmacists toensure :

• Productawareness
• Producteducation
• Productavailability
• Increased prescribers of Palmettoproducts

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

Major responsibilitieswill include but are not limitedto :

• Contact physician base provided byPalmetto to educate on and promote Palmettoproducts.
• Establish and maintain relationshipswith key contacts in physician offices.
• Manageregular call rotation.
• Record and maintaincustomer database including demographics literature mailings andoffice infrastructure.
• Research physician baseas necessary to gain contactinformation.
• Respond to incoming calls emailsand voice messages.
• Participate in producttraining to gain productproficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool diploma or equivalent related experience(required)
• Customer service / sales experience(recommended)
