As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the lead instructor, participating in collaborations with colleagues within the Pre-Primary department and throughout the school as a whole, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.

As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the lead instructor, participating in collaborations with colleagues within the Pre-Primary department and throughout the school as a whole, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead instructor in delivering lessons and facilitating classroom activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance in understanding and completing assignments
- Supervise and engage with students during class breaks and outdoor activities
- Assist in the organization and preparation of instructional materials and resources
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead instructor and other team members to develop and implement lesson plans
- Assess and record student progress and contribute to the creation of student progress reports
- Partner with parents and lead instructor about each childs progress
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Patience and empathy in working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
