Position Overview:

The Chantecaille Global Communications team is looking for a highly motivated social media and influencer marketing expert, for Senior Manager, Social Media Integrated Content role. This leader will bring the brand’s strategy to life through execution of “best in class” consumer touchpoints. A natural storyteller with a passion for conservation, skincare, color.

The right candidate is data-driven content marketing professional who has a proven track record of building and developing relationships with key influencers and robust experience in social media and content creation. Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, this role is instrumental in growing consumer connection and furthering brand engagement.

To drive the Chantecaille brand we’re looking for a professional with a pulse on social, trends and conversation and who isn’t afraid to bring new, disruptive and strategic ideas forward.

Position Responsibilities:

Social & Content

  • In partnership with Director, develop and implement influencer and social media strategy for the brand, driving clear success and brand growth.
  • Lead strategy for social handles across all social media platforms, creating and implementing high-engagement content that resonates with our audiences.
  • Continue to evolve the Chantecaille global social strategy, tapping into consumer insights, brand equity and vision/mission.
  • Drive creation of best-in-class social content, driving trends and engagement on social platforms
  • Manage agency/project-based partners and lead digital content shoots
  • Liaise with key market social/communications leads
  • Identify & develop original content that appeals to CHC consumers and drives high engagement.
  • Deliver global social programs that inspire local market amplification
  • Keep a pulse on digital trends, new innovations and tools and social conversation
  • Manage/create and execute the global Instagram/Facebook/YouTube, etc calendar and content, supporting key business objectives and messaging
  • Monitor content to ensure it authentically align with brands values
  • Oversee community management response team and direct to cross functional/regional representatives for problem solving as needed.
  • Fluently report on social metrics on a weekly basis
  • Ensure brand DNA is maintained through visuals and copy

Influencer

  • Partner with Director to drive social global strategy and identify key global influencers for key business moments
  • Lead multi-tiered influencer strategy that meets multi-channel brand needs and deliverables of corresponding KPI’s.
  • Strengthen and build relationships with top content creators and identify key brand pillars in which to assign content
  • Manage ongoing influencer partnerships, agreements and casting for all campaigns.
  • Manage talent negotiations, briefs and program execution
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with existing influencer partners, while actively identifying, sourcing and negotiating new influencer partnerships and content opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally across Marketing, eCommerce, product development and international business to ensure fully integrated programming
  • Liaise with local market leads to ensure global local programming align
  • Provide global reporting and influencer tracking
  • Overall responsibilities for full digital strategy implementation
  • Work with a cross-function teams to ensure cohesiveness and strategic execution
  • Agency management and driving day-to-day operations
  • Working with more junior staff to create guidelines for local markets
  • Content identification and ideation
  • Content distribution strategies including digital media planning—end-to-end strategies & ensure on-time delivery of 360 campaigns
  • Digital analysis and campaign reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day management of strategic digital media initiatives, timelines, deliverables, etc.
  • Counsels teams as a “digital expert” providing guidance on development of the digital marketing plan to support the brand and product launches in maximizing
  • Have a deep understanding and execute on campaigns from all aspects of the social media funnel
  • Creating strong digital strategies on new and innovative platforms like TikTok – connecting these platforms to larger strategies
  • Working with countries to implement campaigns, etc. including China
  • Help ensure share-of-voice on social media
  • Manage budget for social boosting, tool and content needs

Overall responsibilities for full digital strategy implementation

  • Work with a cross-function teams to ensure cohesiveness and strategic execution
  • Agency management and driving day-to-day operations
  • Working with more junior staff to create guidelines for local markets
  • Content identification and ideation
  • Content distribution strategies including digital media planning—end-to-end strategies & ensure on-time delivery of 360 campaigns

Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant experience in digital, content creation, influencer management and social strategy and activation
  • Experience in BEAUTY a MUST - with ability to drive insights and results
  • A pulse on trends, cultural/global conversations and the ever-changing social and influencer landscape
  • Experience with talent management, briefing and influencer activation, developing strong relationships on behalf of the brand
  • Command for working in an integrated marketing mix, managing vendors, budgets and internal junior team members
  • Shows curiosity, imagines creative solutions generating business value, promotes team creativity and utilizes data to draw new insights
  • Experience with social tools/influencer tools like Captiv8, Launch Metricks, ShopyMy, LTK, Sprinklr and Traackr
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral), bringing energy and positive attitude
