Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Liaison. As a Liaison, you will play a crucial role in connecting our organization with various stakeholders and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fields of public health, fundraising, program development, and volunteer management. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and external partners, including government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key individuals and organizations to promote collaboration and achieve common goals - Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events to promote awareness of our organization's initiatives - Manage social media platforms to enhance our organization's presence and engage with our target audience - Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support our programs and initiatives - Provide leadership and guidance to volunteers involved in various projects - Collect data and conduct research to support program evaluation and improvement efforts - Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure effective program delivery Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, marketing, communications) or equivalent experience - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management platforms - Experience in fundraising or grant writing is preferred - Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in program development and evaluation is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
