Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct captivating vehicle demonstrations, including engaging test drives.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to outline objectives, plan activities, and analyze performance.
• Stay abreast of incoming inventory, product features, and accessory offerings to effectively cater to customer needs.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and comprehensive training sessions provided by both the dealership and manufacturers.
• Implement and maintain a robust prospect development system, fostering repeat business and client referrals.
• Remain well-versed in automotive industry terminology and stay up-to-date with technological advancements in our products.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in line with dealership standards.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including background checks and motor vehicle record checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's License preferred.
