Responsibilities:

• Oversee local office business operations, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to regional business decisions to achieve our overall company goals.
• Ensure that the local office is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement.
• Participate as part of the company’s management team that ensures delivery of excellence with Regional Managers and Managing Attorney’s.
• Assist in hiring and training process of the Managing Attorney’s on the basics of Estate Planning, complimentary consultation, sales, design meeting, and signings.
• Assist Regional Manager to conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Ensures the quality of all Managing Attorneys cases in the region.
• Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care.
• Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning.
• Attend client meetings on more sophisticated client matters.
• Responsible for ongoing legal training after launch of offices, career mentoring of Managing Attorneys.
• Responsible for drafting Estate Planning and Probate template documents for assigned jurisdiction.
• Receive internal and external referrals for Probate, Trust Administration, advanced case work from local offices in the region.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Clio, Wealthcounsel, or similar platforms.
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be admitted to practice in Florida (in Good Standing).
• Minimum 10 years of practice in Estate Planning area.
