Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Functional Nutritionist to join our team. As a Functional Nutritionist at Seed Wellness Co., you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized nutrition guidance to our clients. You will utilize your expertise in functional nutrition to assess clients' health needs, develop tailored nutrition plans, and support them on their journey towards optimal wellness by treating root cause and using food as medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional status, health history, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans that address clients' specific health goals, dietary preferences, and any existing health conditions.
• Educate clients on the principles of functional nutrition, including the importance of whole foods, nutrient balance, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, monitoring their progress and making adjustments to their nutrition plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the Seed Wellness Co. team, including health coaches and fitness experts, to provide integrated wellness solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of functional nutrition, incorporating evidence-based practices into client care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
• Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a nutritionist, preferably in a functional medicine or integrative health setting.
• Strong understanding of functional nutrition principles, including knowledge of micronutrients, gut health, and personalized nutrition approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients towards positive behavior change.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for holistic health and a commitment to empowering individuals to optimize their well-being.

Pay: $110.00 - $200.00 per hour
