Job Summary:
We are seeking a lead installer, a service technician and a preventative maintenance technician.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers in the proper installation of HVAC/R systems
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Perform field service work, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Drive company van to job sites and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with training new installers as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
- Experience in field service work, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a company van safely
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration, is a plus
- Welding/Brazing experience is a plus

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
