Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship services (e.g. assisting with problem solving, managing appointments, travel, etc.)
• Provide personal care services (e.g. bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, etc.)
• Provide basic homemaker services (e.g. cleaning, organizing, doing laundry, etc.)
• Supervise and actively engage participants while providing positive reinforcement
• Complete and maintain paperwork per CentrePoint’s policy and procedures
• Prevention and management of crisis to provide a safe environment
• Maintain effective communication with program manager
• Implement protocols and other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid training (preferred)
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
