Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administratively talented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance and turnovers of our Investment Real Estate Owners' Rental Units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks in order to help ensure that units return on investment for owners and that tenants are comfortable and happy.

Duties:

- Run the work order system in AppFolio Property Management Software - will train as needed
- Communicate with Managers, Owners, Vendors and Tenants courteously and effectively

- Problem Solve and assist our teams with time saving ideas as needed

Requirements:

- Be Efficient in the English Language in order to communicate effectively as described above. - A Team Player attitude is important

- Good with computers - Being Teachable is a must

- Experience in Real Estate maintenance is a plus.
