We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our busy dental clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting and registering patients, checking them into the op
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate person
• Entering and updating patient records and appointment information
• Providing outstanding customer service to patients and their families in a courteous manner
• Verifying Insurance from time to time on Medicaid, CHIP & PPO insurances
• Other duties as assigned
• Presenting & Accepting Treatment for patients and their families

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 1 Years in Dental Front Office
• Insurance Verification proficiency in Medicaid (40%), PPO (50%), self-pay (10%)
• Treatment Coordination experience
• Solid Customer Service
• Ability to handle high volume patient flow
