Well, what about the team?

The Gaming Finance Supervisor’s remit covers all Interactive brands and jurisdictions across the North American Market. This role is responsible for implementing strategy, policies, procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed, quality assuring the team and working very closely with key stakeholder groups (Operations, Compliance, Technology and Commercial). The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience supervising and auditing work in an online Casino/Sportsbook and focus on policy and process.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Monitoring business objectives and targets by ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Monitor, quality assure, and auditing 4 separate teams including AML, Fraud & Risk, Payments, & KYC.
  • Working with various Managers and Team Leaders to review previous day/month numbers and real time performance, putting drivers in place to improve and increase departmental efficiencies or individual performances.
  • Submitting weekly and monthly KPI, regulatory reporting, audits, and other reporting requirements.
  • Coaching and mentoring Analysts to improve individual performance and ensure regulatory compliance and awareness.
  • Ensuring that staff are familiar with and compliant with regulatory obligations, while promoting awareness of responsible gaming practices.
  • Monitoring member activity to detect potential Problem Gambling.
  • Processing member Cash Out requests in line with Group AML and KYC policies.
  • Monitoring contacts and tickets to identify issues or outages in all areas of operations.
  • Problem solving and investigation of day-to-day issues.
  • Acting as a liaison between members and internal Management & Technical Teams & 3rd party supplier contacts

  • Have exceptional customer service skills & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess excellent judgement to make rationale and balanced decisions with regards to player cases and account reviews.
  • Showcase leadership, including process and team development skills.
  • Demonstrate highly analytical critical thinking.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and self-organize.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Excel with new challenges and finding solutions.
  • Be inquisitive and constantly seeking to learn and optimize.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but commensurate experience will be considered.
  • 2 years’ experience in working within on-line gaming strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Computer Skills and MS Office Tools - MS Excel. (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, finance models, large datasets)
  • Familiarity with online Fraud, Risk, AML, Payments, & KYC operations, and regulations.
  • 1 years experience in an operational supervisory role preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000-$68,000 plus a yearly bonus of up to 10%.
