Job Description:
We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and extensive experience in repairing a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, dryers, and washers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair appliances to manufacturer standards.
- Provide high-quality customer service, including maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain timely communication with team and customers when needed.
- Educate customers on appliance maintenance and care.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep skills up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
- Proven , particularly with refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, dryers, and washers.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to appliance functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be seal system certified
