At Hodge Industrial Technologies, we provide peace of mind to manufacturing and other industrial industries by supplying & maintaining production critical equipment. We know that manufacturing is critical to a strong American economy and it is our responsibility to help keep the plants running. We sell & service the industrial compressed air systems that our customers rely on as the life-blood to their operation. Without compressed air, the entire plant/facility is shut down or at reduced capacity.

Create and offer customized preventive maintenance memberships to prospective customers

Build relationships and find ways we can provide REAL value to current and future customers

The ability to work with outside/inside teams to generate the leads required to achieve our mission

Making phone calls and sending texts/emails to schedule appointments

Take ownership of our membership program

Managing customer experience and expectations

Deliver professional presentations to future customers

Follow up with customers at a pace that aligns with our core values
