Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine the best course of action
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate calibration of equipment
- Conduct high voltage electrical work and stick welding as needed
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or related role
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices and procedures
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for calibration purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
