MH Mechanical is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to our team. Candidate should be a well organized, self starter, able to manage a fast paced environment.

Job expectations consist of:

- Collecting, reviewing, filing all foreman paperwork (Daily Reports, Toolbox Talks, Inspection and Test Reports, Punch Lists, etc.)

- Submitting all Safety and Safe Start Documents

- Creating and managing job specific logs (Materials Tracker, Submittals, Change Orders, RFIs, etc.)

- Assisting the Project Manager with Submittals, Change Orders, Subcontractor Billing, RFIs, etc.)

- Working with our Contracts and Compliance Manager to organize and manage all subcontracts, COIs, compliances

- Assembling and submitting Closeout Documents and As Built Drawings

- Other assorted tasks, as required, related to the managing of large scale commercial, multi family projects.

- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

- Experience preferred with some Project Management software; Procore, Autodesk, Foundations, etc.

This job is available to start immediately.
