Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and employees
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with order entry systems, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is an advantage
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
