Delk's Custom Auto Body is Hiring a Body Shop Estimator Near Brownsville, TN

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a strong background in auto body repair and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine the necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates in accordance to insurance partners and company guidelines
- Effectively communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide cost estimates
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs, and ensure the correct parts have been delivered upon arrival

- Update customers on the progress of their vehicles on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Body Technician, or an Auto Damage Appraiser

- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry standards
- Proficient in using estimating software or able to quickly grasp the software; experience using CCC-One is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

LOCATION: Brownsville, TN
