Job Summary:
Brooklyn Tea is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and eager Baristas to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of tea beverages and breakfast items to our customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- *Prepare and serve tea beverages, and our food items to customers *Provide excellent customer service, engage with customers, and ensure they have a positive experience *Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment *Operate the register and handle customer payments *Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation and handling *Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required
Qualifications:
- *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Salary and Shifts:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $9.00/hr tips, with opportunities for growth and development as you gain experience and demonstrate your skills. There are three standard shifts, morning, mid-day, and evening, this includes weekends and a few holidays. We are committed to providing a flexible schedule and working with employees to accommodate their availability wherever possible.
