Responsibilities include leading daily operations with flair, hitting sales goals, upholding superior drink quality and service standards, and nurturing team development.

Essential Functions:

• Develop deep connections with guests, ensuring their preferences are remembered and their concerns are addressed with professionalism and speed.
• Spearhead marketing and promotional activities tailored to the specialty drink lovers' community.
• Oversee financial health, stick to budgetary plans, and fine-tune labor costs to align with business volumes.
• Manage inventory with precision, reduce waste, and enforce strict adherence to cash handling and control policies.
