We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Hurts donut store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management, working side by side team members, baking , decorating.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Implement effective strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and ordering as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations
- Train and develop store employees on product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- This is a hands on position.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of math and inventory control principles
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling.
