Americanfirstreponder.com is Hiring an Emergency Medical Technician Near Los Angeles, CA
American First Responder offers a variety of occupational safety and health programs. We are seeking EMT Basic to join our team to provide medical services to the High School Varsity and JV football games for Los Angeles Unified School District. You will assess injuries and administer emergency medical services to the injured players. These positions are available weekly on Thursday and Friday from August 2024 - approximately 3-4 months - until the end of the season!

Compensation: $100 per game - paid at the end of each game via PayPal
Responsibilities:
* Engage with injured player to determine the nature and extent of the injury or illness
* Administer prescribed first-aid treatment at site of the emergency
* Communicate with 911 medical personnel, if transport is necessary
Qualifications:
* EMT and CPR certification
* Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent communications skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per week
Expected hours: 1.5 – 3 per week
