Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish at multiple job sites
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations
-Maintaining a daily log of activities on each job site
-Taking daily progress photos
-Ensuring all tests are completed and turned into the office
-Performing punch list identification and ensuring its completion
Experience:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and construction documents
