Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to accurately estimate materials, equipment, and labor required for each project
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for new projects
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to assist in estimating processes
- Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure the best pricing for projects
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and change orders

Skills:
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and software
- Strong cost control and pricing skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Project management skills to handle multiple estimates simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Familiarity with construction management processes
- Experience with Bluebeam and HeavyBid software is a plus
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
