Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, articulating unique selling points and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and share best practices.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management.

Requirements: (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• A self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach to sales.
• Technologically adept with proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
