Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables

- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food to guests

- Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting them for the next guests

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
