Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple Technicians and their customer base within our organization. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, oversight of profit loss, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in pool industry management and process improvement.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive and grow customer profitability

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to Technicians in meeting delivery expectations and operational goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives and process improvements

- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and monitoring stock levels and spend

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer service excellence

- Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

- Manage projects related to repair work

Experience:

- Proven experience in management, profit loss control, strategic planning, process improvement, business development, supervising, managing projects, and leadership roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets

- Experience in the pool industry is required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
